How do I log into Ziggle?

Head to app.ziggle.me and follow the prompts. For easy access you can click on the 'Get Started' button at the top of the website to log in.

What devices can I use Ziggle on?

Ziggle can be used on smartphones, tablets and laptops. We recommend Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.

How do I set up a child profile?

Once logged in, click on the 'Create Profile' button to setup a new child profile.

The app is freezing or won't load. What do I do?

We recommend try refreshing the page and clearing your brower cache. Also, ensure you are using one of the recommended browsers. If you are still having issues, please complete the form below and we'll reach out.

Why can't I hear any sound?

Make sure your device's volume is turned up and sound isn't muted in the browser.
